Over 60 Inter-County League Final

Durham lost to Kent in the Final on Friday 25th February 2011 at Melton IBC.

Durham went into an early lead. There was plenty of vocal support for both teams from the large crowd and this helped to create a good atmosphere for the match.

Kent recovered their deficit and went into a lead which was slowly built on to become an unassailable advantage. The Durham lads battled away but Kent's confidence was high and Durham finally conceded with some ends left to play.

Nonetheless the Durham squad although falling at the last hurdle has made a notable achievement in reaching the Final and on another day can go one step further. Roll on next season and we'll have another crack at it.
